Power of Attorneys can be authenticated by the Embassy of Eritrea and will be used as a legal document to act on your behalf for matters in Eritrea.

PoA Requirements:

  • Current Recovery and Rehabilitation Tax Clearance
  • Complete and signed Power of Attorney Form online
  • Content of the Power of Attorney must be written in detail and specific
  • Attach the required document(s)
  • Power of Attorney fee $40
  • Email to Asmara $20
  • Service fee $10
  • ናይ ደበስን ጥሮታን ዝምልከት ውክልና ክፍሊት $50 (ምስ ክፍሊት መሳለጢን መልእኺን)
  • Payments must be made online using the payment methods available during checkout
  • Submit application for processing
  • All fees are non-refundable

  • Current RRT clearance for each person individually
  • Completed and signed joint Power of Attorney form (must be signed in front of Consular Staff or Community Representative).
  • Current Recovery and Rehabilitation Tax Clearance for each individual individually
