General Information:

Power of Attorneys can be authenticated by the Embassy of Eritrea and will be used as a legal document to act on your behalf for matters in Eritrea.

PoA Requirements:

  • Current Recovery and Rehabilitation Tax Clearance
  • Completed and signed Power of Attorney form (must be signed in front of Consular Staff or Community Representative)
  • Content of the Power of Attorney must be written in detail and must be specific.
  • Processing fee $70 money order payable to “Embassy of Eritrea” (Including Mail Services Fee)
  • ናይ ደበስን ጥሮታን ዝምልከት ውክልና ክፍሊት $35 እዩ (ምስ ክፍሊት መልኣኺ)
  • Fees are nonrefundable.
  • Mail completed form to:
